Jamie. Jeanette is Ken Rands widow. She is the owner of the design and has always protected her rights of ownership. Like both I previously said and what John Bouyea stated are facts and the plans can not be lawfully duplicated. There is only one person other than Jeanette who has the rights to reproduce the plans and that is Steve Glover with NvAero…
