I believe that some of the last larger engines sold by HAPI had a crank and
hub combination that the hubs were shrink fit using a high interference fit.
Once the hub was installed on the crank the only way to take it off was to
chuck it in a lathe and machine it off. It has been a long time since I had
looked into a HAPI engine so I could be absolutely wrong. It depends when
the engine was built, but do recall that being included in my decision
making process.

I'm just the messenger in this case. It does look like a force one hub to
me also. The owner found a third shop who will try to press out the hub.
