Or just Tape either side of gap to protect the Paint Push foam into the gap Sand level Use roll of glass tape ( easiest, save cutting) Epoxy or polyester about 3 to 6 layers wider then needed around the wing When dry cut from wing Peel off wing and trim to require size Perfect fit to the wing
