Shoulder belts should be attached as high as possible, shoulder height or above, to minimize back injury in an accident.  That is nearly impossible in a KR as there is really no suitable structure to accommodate attachment.  Mine are attached to a re-enforced seat back cross member, not the best setup, while others build attachment structure further back to keep the angle a flat as possible from shoulders to the attach point.  I've seen some that run cables to the tail area but I consider that over done.  I don't want different parts of the airplane pulling on me in different directions in case of a crash.  Just my opinion.
