Yes.  It is their lightest weight assembly using a 4" wheel.  I had the fork extended to use the 6" Matco wheel.  Great unit.  The only maintenance required in 15 years has been a shot or two of grease every year.

You could start with the 6" fork but it is heavier.  If anyone goes with the Matco wheel I have a permanent fix for flat tires. Put tire patch glue on the rim and tire bead when you install the tire. No more flats.  I've worn my current tire to the point of replacement without a single flat.
