Mighty quiet out here. I hope we aren't mourning Jeff selling his KR. Sam Spanovich & met up halfway between Portland and Seattle for a fly-in burrito and to talk airplanes for a while today. Awesome flying weather over at the Pacific Ocean. Even if there was a healthy crosswind at Ocean Shores airport! After lunch, we popped over to Hoquim with 16 knots straight down the runway to fill up and head back home. Sam bought less than 7 gallons and I got less than 10 for a full flying day. You just have to love the KR's economy.
Guys, if you've got them, fly them! And if you're still building, keep at it; the ride is wonderful! Sam, Thanks for the fellowship & fun excuse to get out today.
