I know we there is a lot spoken about aerobatics, but is there a official
document thats approve the light aerobatics?

I don't know of any "official document" that approves the KR for
aerobatics. I think that would depend on the local governing authority
of each country. It is my understanding that in the USA the builder
would approve his / her KR for aerobatics by testing in phase 1 and
making appropriate log book entries and / or placards to authorize or
prohibit any maneuvers and state the limits.
