I was planning on using electrical tape until I pulled a piece from a painted surface yesterday. The glue stayed on the paint. I had to use WD40 to remove the glue. Then I remembered the Thin Line 3M masking tape that I used to layout the stripe. Great stuff. I believe we're probably talking about the same thing. Thanks for all the responses.
