Those that are flying the Revmaster engine in the KR... what vacuum source are 
you using? In the absence of a doable solution I am thinking of a low cost EFIS 
like the Dynon or something similar. Decision time on instrumentation...

Regardless of engine, not many homebuilders add the weight and complexity of 
vacuum systems anymore.  Personally, since I have all steam gauges, I added a 
Dynon D1 for emergency situation roll/pitch/yaw flight information several 
years after my plane was flying.  But most folks either go with an EFIS now 
days as it's simpler, lighter, and costs less than buying all new instruments, 
or forgo anything beyond the basic required instrumentation as it is not 
necessary for VFR flight.
