While I was reworking the inside of my KR (some loose fiberglass and repairing a cross member) I found written in the turtle shell cover an inscription that said "In memory of Steven Ombru or Ombry... does anyone in the KR community recognize the name? I bought this project about a year and a half or two in Charlotte, NC and do not have a history of this airplane and I was just curious if this gentleman was the original builder.
