2950 rpm is what I got out of mine.  I got this from watching fuel flow, MAP,  and RPM levels on takeoff from several EIS data files from one of the times that I flew the 2700cc engine with the Sensenich 54x54 on it. Mark Langford

The one thing I noticed from your data , if I'm reading it right, is that, with the technology we are running, the rule of thumb of 1/2 pound of fuel per horsepower per hour holds true.

My 0-200 at 60% power = 60 hp / 2 = 30 / 6 = 5 gph .  This seems to hold true on 0-320's , 0-540's, etc.  I'm guessing it holds true for VW's and Corvairs also.
