Larry, I am asking this question out of ignorance. I there an aluminum or composite prop that could be used in place of a wood prop? I am just now gearing up to build a KR2S and follow these threads with great interest. I have a Corvair engine that I plan to use in this project.

Rain could destroy the prop in a matter of minutes.
