All KR's need much more, at least with the canopy closed. Mine however (ahem), has an eyeball socket vent directly in front of my face that draws air from just in front of the canopy - propwash when on the ground, slipstream in the air, but in both cases an extremely clever and useful feature that Ken Cottle thought to install on my canopy. My KR had so many fumes from gas leaks around hose fitting that I'm sure I would have asphixiated myself on the trip to pick up the plane and bring it home, had this vent not been in this plane. What a great idea it is.
