Here are some close ups of my throttle cable reversing assembly. The two arms are held stationary to each other by the pivot and one additional bolt. The arms are spaced with washers but a light aluminum tube would be lighter. That, and aluminum bolts, narrower arms, would all save weight. If installing on Mark's KR I could probably cut the weight by 30%.

The spacer for the end of the two arms could better be a tube spacer instead of the piece of square "C" channel I started with and had to keep cutting it down to eliminate interference.

That's the only change I'd make if building another.
