The AS Economy tool is what I used when building my KR. It works fine. The inspector did want to see a sample (off the airplane) I had put together to verify they were done correctly. So you might want to make a couple samples 1st to practice, then save them in case it comes up later. I think I've used the samples a few times for hanging heavy objects in the garage.
