What are you building? I'm building a KRSUPER2. This is an all composite redesign based on the KR2S. It's a Corvair powered, two place, tricycle gear, slightly larger plane.
What did you accomplish with it during 2012? The major construction of the fuselage is done along with the tail feathers. This year I built the wing structure and skinned the bottom. As I live in Minnesota and don't have a heated garage, finishing on the wing will wait for Spring. Over the winter I'll build the canopy and turtle deck in my basement (They're small enough to go upstairs and outside. What do you hope to accomplish with it during 2013? I was hoping to finish building by fall but there are just too many tasks and not enough time so I'm hoping for spring 2014. Meanwhile, I'll construct the landing gear, ailerons, flaps, flight controls and motor mount. Dave McCauley
