I ran the 3-blade (60") Tech-3 on my other experimental (not a KR, and much slower) and it worked okay, but I got a lot better climb (50%) AND cruise (20%) by going to their Tech-2 2 blade (68"). The larger dia was a better match (more efficient) for the RPM the prop was turning. I will say that they are nicely built, easy to adjust, and GSC customer service is top notch.
I can't say enough good things about them, but my gut feel is the stock Tech-3/2 won't be a good match for the KR application - depending on which envelope you want to push. I'm pretty sure that he'll make custom blades though. I think the best thing to do is to give Rick Peter (owner) a call and talk to him about the application and see what he thinks.
