Just to re-inforce what Larry said, mine are the same and the result is the 
same.

My controls are all cable and I tried not to over tension the system, 
just snug.  I did not use a cable tension meter.  My aileron trail 
edges are aligned with the wing trail edge on the ground and that's 
where they are in flight.  I'll take a closer look next time I fly.
