I should point out that your password is your KRnet password. This shouldn't be too tough to figure out, since it's emailed out to you the first day of each month (that was two days ago now), with a subject line that looked something like "mylist.net mailing list memberships reminder". If you deleted it already (and I have no idea why you'd do something like that), then you can always visit http://mylist.net/options/krnet and have a password reminder sent to you.
