We'd probably need a picture of it to know for sure, but I know people 
who've epoxied a missing chunk (matched in size) in place with T-88 and it 
worked fine.  It's certainly way more economical than buying another prop!

size.  Keep in mind that one prop maker's pitch isn't the same as another, 
but you should figure that out from the chart as well.
