www.nvaero.com is the sole-source for new/original KR plans... Occasionally you'll see a set for sale from someone who thought they were going to build, and gave up... Or you might find a set included with a started-but-never-finished plane...
But to start from scratch with new plans, NVAero is it..... If you want wing skins, landing gear, and other pre-fab parts (so you don't have to make those things yourself), NVAero also sells those items... I ended up here by way of buying a completed plane that's in need of some serious modification before it's 'what I want' - leaving me with NO plans, and a need for a nose-gear assembly & some hardware...
