Netters, Is Proseal supposed to harden like epoxy or is it supposed be a gooey tar like mess? I used the two hour stuff on my first tank, yet it has not set up. I tried a heater after 12 hours and it just runs more. What can I do to fix this? Rodger bandenok...@gmail.com
