I too had a big day today in the life of my KR project....first engine run. I had trouble getting the engine to cough and checked spark, fuel etc. I found that the point gaps were slightly different...adjusted this but still no luck. Then I tried a few squirts of STARTING FLUID on the air cleaner (AeroCarb). It fired right up and ran sweetly. This may work for you too! Bernie McLean Poplar Grove IL
