There is a KRI flying out of the Chino, California (USA) area which has
a 3300 Jabiru bolted to it's firewall. It is a beautiful installation. In
fact it won the Best Engine Installation at the 2006 KR Gathering in Mount
Vernon, Illinois (USA). The KRI is N5570R and belongs to Richard Shirley,
from Chino, California. There is a nice picture of the installation on the
2006 KR Gathering web site. The plane had been flying for a very long time
with VW but he made the switch to the 3300 and he said that he likes it very
well.
