The brake line coming off the bottom should not be a problem, and having the bleeder on the top is definitely good for ensuring all air is out of the system. If you are still worried about the brake line hanging close to the ground, you should be able to use an "L" fitting to connect the hose to the caliper. this would allow the actual line to ext horizontally towards the back of the brake and leave plenty of clearance from the ground.
