I have about 100 hours of AA1B time, ~50 cub/champ and 0 in a KR but I would 
think that yes Yankee time would be good training for the KR.  I plan on 
getting some RV tailwheel time before I try my hand at the KR.  I have also 
heard of people getting Pitts time too.
