Hi Dave, I've seen plastic of about 2 - 3 mm being cut VERY accurately with a water cutter. Don't know, but some laser could also do the trick.

In a nutshell, the rings would be 2.25 or 3.125 ID, and about 1/8" wide, and maybe a max. of 1/16" thick. Just precision cut rings out of some cheap, black plastic would be excellent! Someone, somewhere knows of someone, somewhere, that can make nice cuts in plastic that will give the panel the final touches. Just simple rings that can be glued to the CF and cover the rough edges in it is all that I'm trying to do. Can anybody help me? Thanks! Also, if anybody needs to see the pictures of where we are right now, please advise and I'll send them to you. Dave N1199P
