Hi Dave, I've seen plastic of about 2 - 3 mm being cut VERY accurately with a water cutter. Don't know, but some laser could also do the trick.

Someone, somewhere knows of someone, somewhere, that can make nice cuts in plastic that will give the panel the final touches.
