First off, .125" is waaaaay overkill for a panel, even if you intend for it to be a structural member of the aircraft. .060" should be fine. I made one out of .090" and it was overkill also. They are at http://www.carminservices.com/ , and charge a little over $100 to make a panel, depending on complexity and whether or not they supply the aluminum. I'm guessing it makes more sense for them to order it, since they get shipments in every day. I'd bet there's a place much nearer to you that could do that same. There are thousands of waterjet cutting establishments in this country, so look nearby first and get quotes. Make sure you tell them which side of the line to cut on. They can cut within a few thousandths so don't sweat the tolerances. They'll get very close to perfect dimensions, so don't make grossly oversize holes...
