Hi Guys, I have trialled this one and find it great on my PDA. http://www.oziexplorer.com/ Does all the things you would want, including rotating your maps, and you can scan or upload any chart you like. It automatically moves from the highest resolution chart for your location to the next at the boundary and if you don't have the same scale it will grab the next lower. I tested it against a Garmin and the accuracy was right up there. Cheap if you already have a PDA, has a version for the Laptop but the screens are not as aviation focused. You can do your flight planning on the PC and download to the PDA.
