Mark was cruising at 13,500 on a 188 mph pace when he smelt silicone burning. He feared it was the silicone of the fire sleeve on his fuel line burning because of a possible exhaust leak. He wisely quickly landed to check and found his newly installed scat hose was touching an exhaust pipe. His penalty still gave him the 177 mph or whatever it was that Dana posted.
