Mark -- I'll second this comment.  I have a friend with a Ferguson
ultralight wanted to do some taxiing a couple of years back after rebuilding
his craft  .Didn't have the wing on  but did have rudder.   It  Didn't
travel more than a fifty feet and was airbourne and on it side very
quickly,.  Six months of hard work down the drain, a lot of money and more
time to rebuild  (one year more) before it flew again.  Very luck the engine
and prop was in back of him.
