Lee.
The matco and Cleveland brakes are similar.
The screw at the top removes to top up the cylinder.
I drilled a small hole through a screw the same thread as the stopper in
the top of the cylinder, I place a length on clear hose over that screw to
stop brake fluid form spilling into the fuselage.

I drain the brake fluid from the system via the bleed screw in the bottom of
the calliper.
I have a new metal oil can for brake fluid only. I pump brake fluid via a
clear tub on the oil can from the bottom bleed crew until the brake fluid
can be see in the clear hose at the top of the master cylinder.

I let the fluid rise up the clear tube, I then remove the fluid oil can and
let the fluid drip from the bleed screw until the fluid has retuned down the
clear hose into the top of the cylinder.

Some times it need to do this twice, but the first usually does the job very
well.

Hope that is as clear as mud??????
