I have a different opinion on this. Give yourself plenty of room, maybe an inch or so, and even more, from spar to spar end at the attach points, extending enough fore and aft for getting your fingers in there to attach the wings. Then make some good gap covers like the ones you can see at: http://krbuilder.org/WingGapCovers/index.html
And I just noticed that the method for attaching was not included, which I will document next month when I remove them for annual. They attach with 2 screws and a couple of springs. The reason for this radical opinion, is that I tried my best to get them real close on my first KR, and ended up buggering them up before it was all done. Just too much work for very little reward, if any. Daniel R. Heath - Lexington, SC -----Original Message----- can I put all the gap filling foam on the wing ? Which is the easier way. I do plan on using the wrap to seal it when all is said and done.
