It comes off easily enough by picking up an overhanging edge and peeling it back in the opposite direction much like taking off a band-aid. You may need to use a little muscle with large pieces such as wing areas but should never put anything on it to try and make it easier to remove. It will come off as one sheet. Be sure and use proper peel ply and not something that "looks" like peel ply as I did once in the past. When it came time to peel it off.......well it didn't!
