I'm pretty sure mine weighs right at 245 pounds with everything required to run except for fuel in the carb and electrons in the wires. Mine's a 3100cc engine, so a 2700cc engine is about 250 pounds. You really can't compare this to something like a VW or Continental though, because you don't usually see "all-up" weights like this on the web or in advertisements.
