I'm using Eudora e-mail program and all I have to do is "highlight" the part of the e-mail I want to forward, as in the sentence above, and hit "reply". That part of the e-mail is carried forward to the reply e-mail. If I want to further edit the reply I can "highlight" and delete additional lines. It's slick and easy. Sorry to hear of your problems Mark Jones......... I got in a 1/2 hour KR fix this evening after my weekend company departed for home.
