Just in case anyone is tempted, I just took a look at the site Bobby
mentioned and downloaded one of the files (claiming to be a manual for a
Falco).  It was a .rar file (a form of zip file) containing an executable -
not a pdf or a drawing or a Word file.

I stopped there but my guess, particularly given the Russian reputation for
dodgy websites, is that this is some sort of scam using ripped off materials
(plans and manuals in this case) to (a) drop some sort of trojan onto
unsuspecting PCs and (b) get a lot more than a few dollars from those
gullible/stupid/immoral enough to actually make a purchase.

Buyer beware doesn't go far enough in this case.

Of course one could take the view that if you try and buy something from
these theives you deserve whatever you get ....  I'd be surprised if you
actually do get a useable set of plans.
