I contacted the seller of the KR drawings on ebay, and he is in Russia and bought resale rights and is just selling the link address to another Russian site that has coppied a great many of the popular homebuilt aircraft drawings into a full size PDF format. This site is selling the drawings and plans of the KR and many others.
