A LIGHT SPORT PILOT may fly any plane that meets the criteria, this includes experiemntal, E-LSA, S-LSA and Certified airplanes.
You can fly a CUB, Aeronca and such as a Light Sport Pilot. You don't de-register the plane from Certified to LSA, you just fly it. There is no advantage to trying to register your KR LSA.
