I actually have one of the adjustable props on a revmaster... I am going to just use it for static at the moment... Revmaster said that they redtagged the props for tossing blades. I need to figure out how to get all the mess off without making more of one.
Hey anyone have any really GOOD resources on how to rebuild my revmaster? book, video,... something...I am rather green and wnat to rebuild the motor but do not want to rip into it until I know what I am doing. I know I can send it back to revmaster, but would like to do some custom work to it.. ie paint and polish mostly ... If anyone is in the colorado area could assist me a bit with the rebuld, I would be very greatful! -Jeff Wilder CISSP,CCE,C/EH -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.1 GIT/CM/CS/O d- s:+ a C+++ UH++ P L++ E- w-- N+++ o-- K- w O- M-- V-- PS+ PE- Y++ PGP++ t+ 5- X-- R* tv b++ DI++ D++ G e* h--- r- y+++* ------END GEEK CODE BLOCK------ >From: "Brian Kraut" <brian.kr...@engalt.com> >Reply-To: KRnet <kr...@mylist.net> >To: "KRnet" <kr...@mylist.net> >Subject: RE: KR> adjustable pitch props. >Date: Fri, 8 Dec 2006 22:11:30 -0500 >MIME-Version: 1.0 >Received: from bay0-mc8-f18.bay0.hotmail.com ([65.54.244.250]) by >bay0-imc1-s18.bay0.hotmail.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.2444); Fri, >8 Dec 2006 19:12:29 -0800 >Received: from lizard.esosoft.net ([38.118.200.18]) by >bay0-mc8-f18.bay0.hotmail.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.2444); Fri, 8 >Dec 2006 19:12:29 -0800 >Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1] helo=lizard.esosoft.net)by >lizard.esosoft.net with esmtp (Exim 4.43)id 1Gsscj-0007lY-Te; Fri, 08 Dec >2006 19:11:37 -0800 >Received: from mail.engalt.com ([65.77.234.50])by lizard.esosoft.net with >esmtp (Exim 4.43) id 1Gssci-0007lS-OVfor kr...@mylist.net; Fri, 08 Dec 2006 >19:11:36 -0800 >Received: from bknotebook [74.60.116.80] by mail.engalt.com(SMTPD32-8.15) >id AB9992200BA; Fri, 08 Dec 2006 22:20:57 -0500 >X-Message-Info: txF49lGdW40Wt7vezA3nB1YmvNsP70NRpEigK+f6nY8= >X-MSMail-Priority: Normal >X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook IMO, Build 9.0.2416 (9.0.2910.0) >X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2962 >X-BeenThere: kr...@mylist.net >X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.4 >Precedence: list >List-Id: KRnet <krnet.mylist.net> >List-Unsubscribe: ><http://mylist.net/listinfo/krnet>,<mailto:krnet-requ...@mylist.net?subject=unsubscribe> >List-Archive: <http://mylist.net/private/krnet> >List-Post: <mailto:kr...@mylist.net> >List-Help: <mailto:krnet-requ...@mylist.net?subject=help> >List-Subscribe: ><http://mylist.net/listinfo/krnet>,<mailto:krnet-requ...@mylist.net?subject=subscribe> >Errors-To: krnet-boun...@mylist.net >Return-Path: krnet-boun...@mylist.net >X-OriginalArrivalTime: 09 Dec 2006 03:12:29.0899 (UTC) >FILETIME=[DC7679B0:01C71B3F] > >Revmaster no longer recommends the controllable pitch props.
