You'll probably hear some good stories on this thread, but I can tell you that my Sensenich with urethane leading edge has seen a few hours of light and moderate rain with no noticeable effect. But on the other hand I've heard stories of folks flying into heavy rain and obliterating the prop in a matter of minutes.
