Here in Northern IL I don't think we can buy ANY auto gas which does not have alcohol in it. Also, while I know some people still swear by fuel stabilizers for things which are not run regularly, I have had nothing but trouble with it the last several years, and suspect alcohol is the culprit. I used to use it in things like motorcycles, snowblowers, lawnmowers and the like, and it always worked fine. The last sevearl years whenever I used it, the item in question (a motorcycle, a snowblower for sure, maybe others, not sure) FAILED TO START, even after draining tanks, adding fresh clean gas, etc..Your experience may be different, but just a caution on this end. You may find the same thing if you try using the stuff in fuels which contain alcohol.Marc Lee Winnig
