Just a heads up on the rotary latch thing. I have those and I'm not real wild about them. First off, they are a little cantankerous, as you can't tell by look it it's latched or unlatched, so that leads to inevitable fumbling around. Secondly, passengers almost never know how to deal with them, so the pilot has to buckle them up too. In a crash they may not be able to figure out how to get out either. Thirdly, they are big lumps of aluminum out in front of you, and they are black, which absorbs a phenomenal amount of heat in direct sun. When you put these babies on after they've been baking in the sun, you'll think your gut is on fire! Another thing I've noticed is that it's easy to pinch and cut your shirt as you insert the tab into the buckle. I've ruined some favorite T-shirts like that. Just some info from somebody who's been there, but I'd buy the regular variety flip kind like airliners have and be happier, but I guess the military latch would be OK took but then you'd still have the passenger unfamiliarity problem...
