I think they were something like 55 pounds each.  I have it written down in 
my builder's log but I'm in Vermont at the moment, and gone for another week 
still.  That includes aileron bellcranks and basically the entire aileron 
control system (except the sticks) because when I weighed them the aileron 
cable  was already attached, and it was too much trouble to break apart). 
That's because my aileron control cable system is fastened to the rear of 
the main spar, rather than in a big rectangle that includes the aft spar. 
This also includes the total weight of the flap system except the flap motor 
and torque tube. This weight also includes aileron counterweights, which are 
built into the nose of the ailerons, but not paint, and not strobes or nav 
lights (they will be lightweight).  Paint may add a pound or two each, but 
no more, I'd think. And the two layers of carbon fiber makes a very tough 
wing, so this is not a typical weight, but a compromise in an effort to 
minimize skin bubbling.
