My first landing was a whopping 5.5g's, but I'm happy to report that it was highest one so far. I was quite surprised that no damage resulted, especially since I violated the Diehl instructions to "locate the gear brackets as close to the fuselage as possible". I thought to myself "well I'll never land hard, so surely he's not talking to me!". I did manage a 2g "drop in" the other day at Moontown, but quite often the g-meter never moves.
