Randy: I believe that the book that you are looking for is the FAA's AC 43.13B "Acceptable Methods, Techniques, and Practices - Aircraft Inspection, Repair & Alterations" ; also called CAM 18. It is available from the FAA, the EAA, Aircraft Spruce, & Wicks. I would also recommend that you get all four of Tony Bingelis's books, also available from the last three above.
