Thanks for everyones help on the cutting aluminium question, guess what we are now doing with our new found knowledge! My main concern was how hot you can get teh material before affecting its properties. The thin 1 millimeter wheels are used quite successfully on cutting aluminium for truck bodies etc and do not clog apparently
