On the left side of that site that MJ mentioned, there's a place to order a free copy of the NOTAM. It's half of 8.5 x 11 (folded down the middle) but still has the full size text. I ordered one last week and got it yesterday, so it's not too late to get one. I printed it out for SNF, but it was a pain to deal with full size. I think this little booklet will be easier.
