Sorry--No I was not there when the flight took place. I stopped by on Monday
afternoon after the fact. I did not have my camera with me because we were in
my wifes car instead of my truck. Actually I was looking for a friend of mine
in Paris Tx, when I called him he was at the airport in Sulphur Springs with
Chip the builder/flyer trying to help figure out a couple of things. I went
there to meet them and then found out he made the maiden flight on Saturday
before. He kept it low key and did not want a bunch of people around making him
nervous. I had no idea he was ready to fly or that he had been signed off for
flight. He spent 8 years part time building his KR while rasing his family. He
is a great guy and will be a great addition to the KR community.
I will get some photos as soon as I can and send them to Mark for posting.
