Netters, Snakebite is almost ready for the air again. As most of you know I had an issue with the charging system. A few phone calls to Steve Bennet, and a feew dollars later, and I replaced the bad parts. I installed the nav and strobe lights, Aux fuel pump plug and landing lights. After the reinstall of the motor, a quick start up gave me a positive charging. yea..... I still had primer on the wing and front deck after some glass repair. My annual was up at the end of June, so I had that taken care of for the first of July. I took the extra time to paint the inside of the canopy, and respray the front deck and other areas. All I have left is respray part of the stripe on the front of the plane and reinsall the canopy. Tomorrow I will go to the airport and redo the stripe and replace the cowl, Tuesday morning Fly anain.
